About The Queen's Guard

20 years of security expertise across three continents — brought home to serve those who need it most.

20 Years of Security Experience Across Three Continents  ·  U.S. Air Force Veteran  ·  Criminal Defense Investigator  ·  Security Educator, Author & Media Commentator

Scriven King founded The Queen's Guard LLC with a clear and personal purpose: to ensure that survivors of domestic violence, stalking, and cyberbullying have access to the same caliber of professional investigative support long reserved for those with far greater resources. With over two decades of security experience spanning operational environments across North America, Europe, and Asia, Scriven brings a globally informed, institutionally tested skill set to serve clients navigating some of the most frightening circumstances of their lives.

Scriven's career began when he enlisted in the United States Air Force Security Forces — the military's law enforcement and force protection branch. Over the course of his service, he rose through the ranks across multiple installations on three continents. His duties ranged from Installation Entry Controller and Desk Sergeant, where he directed the security of restricted areas containing dozens of aircraft, weapons and munitions facilities, and thousands of military personnel and their families, to Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Resource Protection at a major overseas air installation, where he was personally responsible for safeguarding $2.8 billion in assets and over 16,000 military and civilian personnel — including oversight of a $3.1 million Visual Detection and Assessment System. He served as Security Advisor and Driver to the Deputy Commander of U.S. Forces Korea in Seoul, providing executive protection to one of the most senior USAF officers in the Pacific theater. His military career culminated at a major Air Reserve installation in the Northeast, where he served concurrently as Resource Protection/Crime Prevention Program Manager, Security Forces Investigations Program Manager, and Chief of Police Services — managing federal law enforcement operations, overseeing all criminal investigations and evidence handling, and serving as the installation's Threat Working Group contributor.

Following his military service, Scriven transitioned into the civilian sector as an Investigator for a state-funded public defender organization in New England, where he spent over five years conducting in-depth investigations for Superior Court criminal defense cases. He provided investigative leads in over 200 cases — yielding numerous acquittals, dismissals, and favorable pleas — interviewed more than 300 witnesses and alleged victims in serious felony matters, managed a caseload of 60+ active cases during a staffing shortfall, and provided expert court testimony. He also served on panels to revamp the agency's investigator training program and participated in the selection of attorneys, interns, and a Chief Investigator. This experience sharpened his evidentiary standards and documentation discipline to a fine edge — skills that now directly serve clients building cases for civil protection orders.

Scriven has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at a military-affiliated college and as a security instructor teaching operational security to law enforcement and military professionals. A recognized voice in the security community, he has been sought out as a media commentator and published author on security policy, policing, and civil liberties — with appearances and publications spanning podcast commentary, written analysis of law enforcement practices, and examination of the intersection of security values and public accountability.

He holds specialized certifications in Cybercrime Investigation, Dark Web and OSINT intelligence, and attended OSINTCon 2025 — ensuring his methodologies remain current with the rapidly evolving threat landscape. He has been recognized with multiple military honors including Airman of the Year, Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter, and Distinguished Graduate of Airman Leadership School.

Today, as the founder and Principal Investigator of The Queen's Guard LLC, Scriven channels every chapter of that career into a singular mission: to stand in the corner of survivors, give them the professional tools they deserve, and help them move forward safely.
